Einkorn
Here you will find my einkorn recipes. I bake with einkorn 90% of the time and when I am not, I usually bake with spelt, buckwheat, millet or oats. Einkorn is my preferred grain, it was the very first wheat to grow on God's earth and the only one that has never been hybridized. A unique grain that not only tastes amazing but also seems to be a whole lot easier to digest for most of us!
