This is a standard organic dessert chocolate, it can be a bit thick for chocolate coating and will need a bit of extra cacao butter, if one will use it for chocolate making (I do that myself and the process is simple and must be done during tempering). It is perfect for brownies, cakes, cookies, ice cream and hot chocolate.
