Orders are non refundable, since every product is made to order. All products are made in micro batches (of 3-14 products depending on the product). Belle formulates products every month and your order will be produced shortly after the minimum batch count has been pre-ordered. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be dispatched. We make our products with the best ingredients, organic and locally sourced, only the best is good enough for your skin!
